US Shipping We ship UPS and FedEx ground (48 states-US) Shipping will be of our choice using economy ground shipping, extra insurance or speedy delivery will be an additional charge. Large items can be shipped with a trucking company. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will also require additional shipping charges and of course take longer to get there. We will email a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped.

Stated shipping charges do not apply to orders over 20lbs, oversized packages or international shipments. Oversize, overweight, hazardous material and international orders will be informed of any additional charges before the order is shipped. Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US.

Payment Methods Orders accepted via secure online order form only. We accept all major credit cards. As well as PayPal. Credit card purchases are verified for your protection.MAILING ADDRESS MUST BE THE SAME AS THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD USE.

Sales Tax Sales tax is charged on instate orders.

Secured Online Shopping We guarantee your order's privacy and security over the web, with all transactions utilizing an SSL secure server connection. Verisign, Inc., provides the Secure Server Certificate through PowerSports Network, Inc.

Policies Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices subject to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.

Backordered Items If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Will fill backorders as soon as they come arrive.

Returns All merchandise returned must have a Return Authorization. Any package sent to Vespa of Durham without a return number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned freight collect. You must call and request a Return Authorization number within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Please have your invoice in-hand when calling. Any part or merchandise that is deemed incorrect by Vespa of Durham, will be exchanged for the correct part or merchandise. Any part or merchandise that is not needed will not be accepted as a return. Returnable merchandise is any merchandise that is shipped incorrectly by Vespa of Durham, (ie. the wrong size, the wrong color, or the part number on the merchandise does not correspond to that listed on the invoice.) The ordering of correct part or parts is the responsibility of the individual or shop.

No returns will be accepted for parts that Vespa of Durham was given the part number, and any such case will be noted on the invoice when ordering. Any damaged packages are to be reported to the freight carrier, not Vespa of Durham. Have the driver make a note of any outside damage to any package delivered, this will aid in any claims for replacement if merchandise inside the package is damaged.

Any merchandise returned must be in new condition, in its original package, including all instructions, tags and labels. Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. Enclose a copy of your packing list, or E-mail invoice, along with detailed exchange instructions.

NOTE: There will be a restocking fee equal to 30% of the total order. There will also be NO RETURNS on parts totaling less than $10.00.
